Prepaid & COD Orders:
You can cancel prepaid & COD orders within 6 hours of placing them. You’ll receive a full refund within 48–72 hours to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, including:

Product Issues:
Faulty product listings, pricing errors, or lack of available product/raw materials.

Payment Concerns:
Suspected fraudulent activity or payment issues.

If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you via email or phone and take the following actions:

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund to the original payment method

  • COD Orders: Order will be cancelled, and no payment will be required
