OUR HASSLE-FREE POLICY FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Please record an unboxing video from start to finish, clearly showing the sealed package and the product.
Without this video, we will not be able to accept any complaints.


⚠️ DISCLAIMER

There is NO Return, Refund, or Exchange policy on items worth less than ₹999.


🔄 Easy Exchanges

Need a different size or received a damaged item? No worries!
You have a 3-day window from the delivery date to request an exchange.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery


🏭 No-Questions-Asked Manufacturing Defect Policy

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will happily exchange or return your product after verification.


💸 Nominal Exchange / Return Fee

A ₹250 fee will be charged for normal exchanges to cover:

  • Reverse pickup

  • New exchange order delivery

This fee is applicable once per order.


🔁 Returns

We do not accept returns on sold items.
If a return is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.


✅ Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory


📦 How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your product

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and photos/videos (if damaged)

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team


❌ Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products that are used, washed, or altered

  • Products without proof of purchase


❌ Cancellation Policy (Made Easy)

Lexaa allows order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order

  • If the order status changes to “Shipped”, cancellation is not possible

  • Orders once dispatched from the warehouse cannot be cancelled

If an order is cancelled by Lexaa, the refund will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.

If you cancel the order before it is shipped, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

🤍 Changed Your Mind? No Problem

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 6 hours for a full refund

  • COD orders can also be cancelled within 6 hours by contacting us

  • If Lexaa cancels an order for any reason, you will be informed promptly


💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation stating whether your return is approved or rejected.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit

  • Store credit can be used for your next purchase

  • Store credit validity: 1 year


📝 Important Notes

  • Exchange requests are honoured only once per order

  • After approval, our delivery partner will arrange the pickup


🎨 Color & Description Disclaimer

Product descriptions and specifications on the website are approximate and closest to reality.
Minor variations in color, size, weight, or detailing may occur due to:

  • Photography lighting

  • Screen and display settings

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these minor variations.


✨ Embellishment Disclaimer

Apparel with embellishments such as beads, sequins, or decorative work may experience minor shedding during transit or wear.
This is common and unavoidable, even with proper care and packaging.
